Steve is the CTO and Lead Architect at C2B, and has an extensive background in real-time decisions, analytics, self-service, assisted service and contact center technologies - including large scale system architecture and design, system integration with billing and CRM applications, cloud and on-premises deployments, complex business rule development, and inter-system state management. Steve holds over 15 patents representing a wide variety of technological advancements in web, mobile and machine learning applications as well as a comprehensive background in intellectual property protection.
