Michi brings over 15 years’ experience in Project Management, Strategic Business Analyst and Customer Success roles. Specializing in bridging communications between the Client, Product, and Engineering Teams, she has managed projects and programs as diverse as stop-frame puppetry on feature films, through to bespoke CRM systems for the Ministry of Defense. Prior to joining C2B Suite, Michi founded and managed a production company, consulting small charities through to Fortune 500 Companies, on Implementation Strategy, Schedules and Budgets, optimizing Value/ROI and maximizing profitability.
