Business Challenge
As part of their real-time engagement and commitment to high-availability operations across the globe (99.999 level), Syniverse struggled with mobile app monitoring and alerting for its backend systems. They needed a flexible and robust mobile app that provided executives and critical operations personnel with real-time warnings and updates on emerging issues.
The Solution
Syniverse resolved to develop a mobile app MVP to address these needs and brought in C2B Suite to fill the roles of Product Owner and Business Analyst. The C2B team worked to integrate with internal and external engineering and architecture personnel, across a wide spectrum of systems, to rapidly develop a solution. The resulting Executive Service Status Dashboard mobile app was built for both iOS and Android operating systems and provided end users insight into the status of the various lines of business applications, which allowed the Syniverse team to maintain their commitment to five 9s availability.
Impact
The MVP was widely considered a success across the company and went on to several additional phased launches, with C2B Suite continuing in the Product Owner role. C2B deliverables for this engagement included
