“C2B Suite was instrumental in the launch success of noXaos. Their expertise accelerated the development of our core business model and value proposition, helping us focus on the key elements to our market success. Their disciplined approach to product was invaluable to us.”

Robert Birch / CTO

Recently acquired by TTEC (formerly TeleTech), noXaos was founded by industry veterans in the machine learning space to optimize the delivery of content to consumers and enterprise organizations with intelligence. noXaos added an element of personalization and intelligence to enterprise social media and user-generated content that was not previously possible. Their customers enjoyed increased employee efficiency and more productive consumer interactions.

Business Challenge
Like many early-stage companies noXaos struggled to find a balance between creating a compelling product and gaining revenue traction for an initial funding round. The company’s executives saw their platform’s need for enterprise connection points as instrumental in meeting both objectives. But as much as the market demanded these features the company lacked the bandwidth to address the need.

The Solution
The company asked the C2B team to assume a Head of Product role. In that context the developed valuable external partnerships, including Salesforce, and solidified the company’s go-to-market plan. The resulting MVP was a pure-play OEM engine that powered existing CRM, Community and Mobile B2B applications with all the intelligent personalization that noXaos had developed.

Impact

Over the life of the engagement, C2B developed and brought to market 2 MPVs and a tightly coupled integration with the Salesforce Force.com platform. noXaos ultimately concluded M&A negotiations with a global contact center outsourcer and market leader.  Key C2B deliverables during the engagement included:

  • Development of the initial targeting, forecasts and P&L models for the product business plan

  • Creation of key elements and details of the overall operating plan

  • Angel investor and VC pitch support for the executive team including deck development, articulation of functionality, and market positioning

  • Roadmap development with epic and user story creation

  • Development of pricing and packaging for product launches
