Khoros has enjoyed great success delivering award-winning solutions for Social Marketing, Brand Community and Customer Care. But Khoros found it needed a strategy for capturing the combined value of its three solution sets and communicating that value to C-level executives.

The Solution

Khoros asked C2B Suite to replace Khoros’ inventory of siloed, product-centric demos with demos covering the full product portfolio. C2B proposed developing end-to-end, highly visual InVision movies that any Khoros executive could show to prospects in Financial Services, Technology, or Telecommunications.

Impact

C2B assembled and led a team of Khoros technical and design resources - representing different product groups - through a process of

  • scripting realistic, industry-specific scenarios involving the company’s full product portfolio

  • creating future-state product mockups

  • stitching together functional module components, and

  • final movie assembly.
