Avero designed its business - including its internal technology stack - around the needs of large restaurant and hotel chains and major casino properties. But over time the company began to enjoy substantial attention from smaller hospitality organizations that likewise wanted to improve their business insights and decision making. Avero’s backoffice infrastructure wasn’t attuned to the expectations these new customers had for self-service, quick onboarding, and mobile computing.

The company asked C2B Suite to create a vendor evaluation and selection framework, and then to guide the company’s leadership through the selection process.
